• Conduct baseline survey for projects and also design the survey format.
• Data Collection, compilation and resource.
• Monitoring Departmental activities and resource.
• Concept and feasibility of the Project.
• Monitor and Evaluation of existing development projects.
• Solving the problems, difficulties and hindrances during a project.
• Preparation of an Annual Evaluation report.
• Post evaluation survey after completion of the projects, to evaluate the project achievements etc.
