Mr. Ghulam Muhammad Mahar after doing his post graduation in Fisheries, joined Freshwater Biology and Fisheries Department, University of Sindh Jamshoro and served as Lecturer for 14 months.
In December 1982, he joined Sindh Fisheries Department. He has an experience of more than 32 years of working in Department of Fisheries, Government of Sindh in different positions and played an important role in management and development of Fisheries resources. Presently he is working as Director General Fisheries Sindh. He has a vast experience in the field of Fisheries management, conservation and development and attended National and International conferences and seminars.
